Regional Product Support Representative, Eastern

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance, resolve client issues, and offer product knowledge to customers in Eastern Canada.
- Coordinate all activities necessary to resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and knowledge of terminology, standards, and processes.
- Conduct training for customers and internal teams.
- Provide data and information to the management team.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and build relationships with clients.
- Support continuous improvement by pioneering new initiatives and streamlining our process.

**Requirements**:

- Have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related industry (mobile construction equipment) experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile construction machinery and operations within the industry.
- Substantial experience in customer service and communication.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and French (optional).

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
