Digital Content Creator

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Content Creator to join our creative team. This role blends graphic design and video production, requiring a keen eye for visual storytelling, brand consistency, and production management. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to craft compelling digital assets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials (social media, web banners, brochures, packaging, etc.).
- Develop video content, including script writing, filming, editing, and other video production related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging multimedia content that enhances our dealer network and customer engagement.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and media platforms.
- Stay in tune with industry trends in design, video production, and content marketing to enhance creative strategy.
- Assist in developing design templates and content frameworks to streamline production processes.
- Balance multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Courteous and just generally nice to be around.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with Figma is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and video editing principles.
- Script & Production Familiarity: Experience in script supervision, video shoots, or content planning.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines, collaborate across teams, and content development workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across visual storytelling.
- A collaborative mindset, able to give and receive feedback constructively.
- Ability to problem-solve on the fly, particularly in high-pressure production environments.
- Passion for creative storytelling, branding, and engaging visual content.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film, Multimedia, or a related field or relevant work experience that provides a similar knowledge base.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a content creation or design role, with strong video production skills.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography, lighting, and camera operations for high-quality video production.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles is an asset.
- Interest in technology, consumer engagement, and brand marketing strategies.

Pay: $51,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
