**Job Summary**
As the Marketing Manager for our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive subscriber growth and brand loyalty across rural markets. This role is focused on direct-to-consumer (B2C) tactics and requires a strong command of both digital and traditional marketing methods. You will also support public relations, community events, and local engagement initiatives, with full bilingual proficiency in Quebec French and English, including the ability to write and proofread in both languages.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies tailored for the telecommunications sector, with a focus on internet service offerings.
- Plan and implement fully bilingual digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, YouTube, and search networks.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved conversion and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and proofread all customer-facing content, ads, and campaigns in both English and Quebec French to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support community-based marketing and PR activities including event planning, local sponsorships, municipal engagement, and grassroots campaigns.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to align messaging, promotions, and lead generation activities.
- Produce engaging web, blog, and social media content that drives consumer awareness and lead capture.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, media buys, and paid acquisition plans to maximize ROI.
- Oversee development of print collateral, signage, and outreach materials used in events and installations.
- Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and community leaders to drive referrals and enhance brand trust.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a B2C marketing role, preferably in telecom, tech, or utility services.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and analytics tools.
- Fluency in both Quebec French and English, with excellent writing and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
- Strong content marketing and copywriting abilities for short
- and long-form media.
- Strong event planning and community engagement experience, including coordination with municipalities and local businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design, branding, and compelling customer experiences.
Pay: $60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
