- Manage day-to-day operations of site with focus on financial and customer service level KPIs.
- Key KPIs include Revenue, GM, EBITDA and service level KPIs for on-time delivery and quality.
- Plan and manage all facility expenses, maintenance, and capital plan requirements.
- Be change agent adopting process improvements that will streamline operations.
- Collaborate with all support teams across sister location including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sales to develop plans to meet and exceed business objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Competency across functions to back-up key support departments such as CS, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, etc.
- Hiring and training employees; employee development; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance.
- Responsible for Health and Safety compliance, Quality Standards, Environmental policy and Export Compliance.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum, BS, or BA degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing/production.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in management/supervisory position.
- Experience in a variety of manufacturing activities including purchasing, materials management and planning, production commodity management, and engineering preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

- Knowledge of production processes, supply chain and lean manufacturing
- Problem solving
- Team member and Team leader
- IT literate, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, MRP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and results orientated
- Able to work and lead effectively during change
- Knowledge of commercial and employment law applicable to position
- Good knowledge of materials management, ERP, MRP, lean, six sigma or related discipline
- Travel: Requires a willingness to travel internationally and domestically (10% to 15%)

**Education**: Required
- Associates or better in Engineering or related field
