**Job Overview**
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and grow our eavestrough division while supporting the continued expansion of our cladding division. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and enhance operational processes, ensure efficient workflow, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate across departments and play a key part in achieving Splashdown’s business goals.
**Duties**
- Lead, manage, and grow the eavestrough division; support the cladding division with resources, best practices, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and support business growth.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (WCB, OH&S, fall protection), and industry best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate field crews (10+ team members); foster a productive, positive work environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and workflow to identify areas for improvement; drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with accounting, marketing, and other teams to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, budgets, and project outcomes to senior management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management—order, track, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment; manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
- Estimate project costs, materials, and labor requirements.
- Schedule projects, crews, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify process improvements and training opportunities to support business growth.
- Uphold Splashdown’s reputation for friendly, trustworthy service and quality workmanship.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in operations management or construction management/site supervision (exteriors preferred).
- Strong understanding of business functions (HR, finance, supply chain management).
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and project management tools/software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided or allowance available).
Bonus: Experience with exterior renovation sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,557.41-$100,761.00 per year
