**About the Role**:
As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new and used retail, commercial, and fleet customers through various channels, including electronic communication, phone outreach, and in-person visits. This role requires a blend of showroom engagement and fieldwork to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. A pre-existing client network is a significant asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage vehicle ordering, inventory flow, and liaise with manufacturer regional managers.
- Provide sales updates to leadership and track fleet production timelines.
- Ensure compliance with retail, commercial, and fleet operations regulations.
- Build and maintain client relationships, generating new business and managing existing accounts.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, payments, and liaise with finance, service, and parts departments.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate online inventory and participate in sales events.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in a related field is required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven salesmanship capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective administration and management expertise.
- Computer literacy.
