Overview:
**The role**:
The Partner Advisor will work in collaboration with their field team counterpart to drive sales within thier assigned geographic territory, meet or exceed designated sales budgets, and achieve metrics in all key performance indicator areas.

This person will be expected to build strong relationships with thier customers and colleagues in a remote work environment. Partner Advisors will utilize a range of technoligical platforms that will help to identify revenue driving opportunities within their account base and provide best in class customer support.

**What you will do**:

- Grow account revenues within assigned geographic territory by building strong relationships with customers
- Manage a systematic outbound communication rotation (call cycle) with all assigned accounts to communicate initiatives, marketing and education programs
- Manage daily order processing while providing best in class support

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Proven record of success in an outbound customer support environment preferred
- Salon Industry Experience Preferred
- Proficient in all MS systems including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook & Teams
- Strong Data Entry Skills, knowledge of SAP software level 4.6 or similar platform preferred
- Passion for excellent customer service with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Skilled in annalyzing reports to create revenue driving strategies with the data collected
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Positive outlook and optomistic approach to problem solving
- Highly Organized and time efficient with the ability to proactively identify roadblocks to productivity
