**Role**: The Partner Events Specialist reports to the Demand Generation Manager and works closely with the Marketing team. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to drive revenue growth through advisor engagement via attendance at strategic industry events, partner events and meetups. This role will focus on planning and executing impactful events with key partners, maximizing attendee engagement and driving measurable ROIs.

**Your Day with Equisoft**:

- Lead the planning and execution of up to 70 all partner-related events, including conferences, workshops, and in-person meetups.
- Determine event logistics, including swag selection, budget allocation, booth location, sales attendance, speaker recruitment (from product team), and attendee outreach.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key event partners, with the goal that partners reach out with additional opportunities for future events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner event-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify and pursue new event opportunities in the advisor space.
- Collaborate with the sales team to find ways to boost engagement at events and drive people to our tables/booths through swag, giveaways, or having fresh baked cookies.
- Track and analyze event leads, monitor sales qualifying and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Develop and track KPIs for all partner events, including leads collected, sales generated, and ROIs.
- Prepare regular reports on event performance and provide actionable insights to improve future events.
- Coordinate booth placement and logistics at industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure proper branding and messaging at all partner events.
- Managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
- Communicating with partners and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications and or a combined 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Event Planning, Marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)

**Soft skills**
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline

**Nice to Haves**:

- Insurance or Fintech industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written)
