**About Us**:
Icons&Heroes is a modern retail service provider specializing in sports trading
cards and collectibles. Icons&Heroes serves customers locally and across the globe through our e-commerce platforms.

**Description of the Role**:
As a sales associate in West Edmonton Mall, you will be the first person customers see when entering the store and the last team member they will remember. You will be handling transactions, but most importantly, you will represent our company with every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will inspire our customers to take part in the hobby
- Help us build relationships
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries
- Processing web orders while on the phone
- Inventory management / web platform maintenance.
Required Education and Skills
- Previous customer service experience and/or cash handling experience
- Ability to quickly strike up conversations with customers
- Self-motivated professional with a positive work attitude
- Strong math skills with the ability to keep a balanced till
- Organized with attention to detail and takes direction well with ability to work independently
- Passion and knowledge in trading cards and memorabilia is considered an asset.
- Competency with Microsoft Suite and various web platforms is considered an asset
- Social Media experience considered an asset.
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
