About The Role
As a
Specialty Team Member
, you'll be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with purchases, packaging, and maintaining a welcoming environment that makes everyone feel like they're walking into a sweet treat paradise.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Delight our customers: Greet, answer questions, and help them choose the perfect treats.
  • Package with love: Ensure our baked goods look as good as they taste.
  • Stay knowledgeable: Learn about our products, ingredients, and allergen info to become a bakery expert.
  • Work seamlessly: Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy bakery.
  • Collaborate: Assist our Coffee Bar team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.
