Specialty Team Member -Part-Time

About the Role

As a Specialty Team Member, you'll be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with purchases, packaging, and maintaining a welcoming environment that makes everyone feel like they're walking into a sweet treat paradise.

Your Day-to-Day

Delight our customers: Greet, answer questions, and help them choose the perfect treats. Package with love: Ensure our baked goods look as good as they taste. Stay knowledgeable: Learn about our products, ingredients, and allergen info to become a bakery expert. Work seamlessly: Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy bakery. Collaborate: Assist our Coffee Bar team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

We're Looking For

Fantastic communication skills: Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a warm atmosphere. Bakery enthusiasm: Familiarity with baked goods and willingness to learn. Multitasking mastery: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
