**Job Summary**

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the role of the Vendor Relations and Sales Support Coordinator is to provide support and assistance to the OSR team. Working closely with the National Sales Manager, the Vendor Relations and Sales Support Coordinator can multitask effectively and possesses a high degree of confidentiality. As the Vendor Relations and Sales Support Coordinator, the main duties are to ensure that the Company’s overall sales objectives are met through coordination with the National Sales Manager and various Company departments.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or the apparel industry preferred
- Previous background in clothing, embellishment and/or distribution trade preferred
- Personal assistant experience an asset
- Demonstrates strong facilitation, instructional, and leadership abilities
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
- Effective time management & communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data
- Demonstrates strong time management skills and works well under pressure
- Self‐motivated, works efficiently with a high degree of independence (highlight)
- Valid passport required

**Working Conditions**
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime required as necessary
- Travel required as necessary

**Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients, vendors, or partners on behalf of the National Sales Manager
- Researching and compiling information for projects or decision-making
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Managing programs and reports, tracks results to ensure deadlines are met
- Reviewing and modify supplier agreements and customer legal contracts with senior management
- Communicating with key accounts regarding products, pricing, and updates
- Acting as the main point of contact for buying groups
- Organizing travel arrangements (flight, hotels, transport etc.)
- Organizing and coordinate the distribution of OSR sales samples
- Managing the National Sales Manager’s calendar and coordinate various meetings, including monthly one-on-ones, team meetings, customer appointments, and the annual sales conference
- Executing initiatives for focus accounts and assist the OSR team with territory-specific programs and reports
- Coordinating trade shows, including table tops, calendars, event preparations, budgets, client meals, payments and post-event follow-ups
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Assisting in other administrative tasks including expense reporting and mileage reimbursement
- Adhering to current and future company policies and standards to ensure a safe and agreeable working environment
- Assisting with other duties and projects as required by management

- Support and respond to SanMar Canada's customers’ needs and requests promptly
