**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including HR sourcing and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or conflicts.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making processes.
- Administer HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Dayforce, Ceridian) for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Lead program management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare budgets for HR-related activities and monitor expenditures.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Dayforce, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on employee relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual
Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
