**.Summary**

We are looking for a **dynamic, outgoing, customer service-orientated**, **and passionate hospitality professional. **Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervision and management of the front-of-house bar operations, hosts, and servers.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to daily operations.
- Spot-check the quality of food and beverage presentation and service.
- Review the reservation system, pre-assign designated tables, and follow up on all special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
- Supervises day-to-day operations to ensure all standards and quality service are achieved during each shift.
- Provides orientation and training according to training systems, standards, and manuals for new hires.
- Constructs the weekly work schedule to meet the demands of the business.
- To address client concerns/issues immediately and effectively.
- Other duties, as required.
- Assist other departments, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
