Do you have experience in consultative sales such as flooring, tiles or overall home improvement design? If you have a passion for building customer relationships then you’ll definitely be interested in our Showroom Sales Associate role.

In this role, you’ll be building meaningful, long-term customer relationships as you take our red-carpet service into customers’ homes and businesses to help them choose the best interiors for their needs. Using a consultative, no pressure approach, you will be helping customers brighten their spaces.

**Job Details**:

- Welcome all current and potential clients into our showroom
- Discover and understand the needs of the client
- Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom
- Build and expand relationships with suppliers to ensure products available to purchase are modern and cater to different clients’ needs
- Create and submit purchase orders

**To Be Successful in This Role, You must**:

- Have a strong desire to sell and work in a competitive environment
- Be punctual and dependable
- Proficient in all Microsoft and have a very strong attention to detail
- Be available Monday to Friday and some Saturdays (Saturdays are by appointment only).
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and a drive to succeed
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- French language skills are an asset
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- North Bay, ON P1B 2J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
