**Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Student Academic Integrity, Achievement & Awards, the Academic Integrity Assistant provides general administrative support for the Student Welcome & Support Centre (SWSC), including academic integrity, achievements, and awards.

**Education**:
Completion of a College Diploma in business administration, office administration, or any career development related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with databases, maintaining websites/social media, providing administrative support, and working with students in a fast-paced post-secondary environment. Familiarity with FIPPA, Student Development and Retention & Career Development theories would be an asset.

**Skills**:
Effective interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Additional Notes**:
This position will be hybrid with 2 days per week on campus.
