**Responsibilities**- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and deliver exceptional customer service-
- Drive sales to achieve the required daily, weekly and monthly targets-
- Work well in a team environment and use available resources to ensure that the customer and store expectations are met-
- Provide customers with relevant information, products and guidance (within reason) regarding their natural health needs-
- Replenish and stock merchandise appropriately on displays-
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized working and shopping environment-
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of sport supplements-
- Process transactions via POS system- Comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and sanitation standards

**Requirements**:
- Must have knowledge of natural health, including sports supplements, and nutrition-
- 1-2 years of Health Product Knowledge is an asset-
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices-
- On going and up to date knowledge regarding nutrition trends and attaining optimal health-
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements-
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills-
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English with customers, peers and management-
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business-
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision-
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting and climbing ladders-
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends
