**Salary Range**: $41,000 - $46,000

Job Purpose
Habitat GTA is seen as a leader in the housing crisis and the Family Partnerships department is poised to see significant growth and expansion in the coming years. As Coordinator, Family Partnerships, you will use your skills and expertise to identify and implement operational efficiencies within our recruitment and review process. You will utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Teams alongside new digital technologies to drive productivity and further fuel our mission.
Job Duties
- Represent Habitat for Humanity GTA as a Brand Ambassador by modeling our values and guiding principles.
- Learn, understand, and participate in the Health and Safety Program
- Determine the eligibility of pre-applicants using established guidelines and policies.
- Arrange and conduct, virtual or in-person meetings with applicants.
- Support and instruct applicants on securing a mortgage pre-approval with a Habitat partner lender.
- Prepare applicant files for review by the Family File Review Committee
- Provide customer service to applicants by responding to questions and general enquiries.
- Ensure spreadsheets, tracking tools, and folders are maintained and kept current.
- Coordinate tasks with Partner Families, lawyers, and mortgage lenders to prepare for occupancies and closings.
- Analyze our recruitment process to determine if our outreach efforts are reaching the intended audience.
- Support Family Partnerships and Marketing to ensure accuracy of brochures, posters, ads, and other outreach materials.
- Support our outreach efforts within the community to foster strong partnership development.
- Support volunteers in the office or virtually
- Other departmental task / duties as assigned.

Summary of Skills & Qualifications
- One to two years of relevant work experience in coordinating complex processes and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Comfortable delivering presentations to small or medium sized groups, both in-person and virtually
- Experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment and coordinating with team members from other departments.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing data.
- Experience working or volunteering in the non-profit or charitable sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Desire to make an impact in the lives of families and the drive to grow with this fast-paced organization.

Assets (though not required)
- Knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Teams
- Understanding of volunteer engagement
- Experience volunteering at Habitat for Humanity
