**Role Description**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts to build strong, long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Provide exceptional support and solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Conduct negotiations and close sales effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment processing solutions and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client success and satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales and business development (mandatory)
- Strong account management and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of payment processing systems (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

**Compensation**
- Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
- Additional incentives and growth opportunities available
