**MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/ MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY**
- **Experienced medical receptionist (MOA)** looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of cosmetic and medical dermatology needed.
Must have:
- Minimum 1 yr medical receptionist experience
- Experience with Accuro, Microsoft software, WORD & EXCEL excellence
- Passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics
- Social media skills in Instagram and FB
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year in medical reception (MOA)**:
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with medical aesthetics and medical booking software (Accuro) is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and manage patient care effectively.
**YOUR ROLE**
Oversee office flow and ensure smooth operations.
- Daily duties include appointment scheduling and management; managing and triaging patients and assisting the doctor.
- Prepare and maintain our clinic space.
- Order and manage supplies.
- Get creative with content creation, social media an asset
- Patient Care: Manage patient interactions with empathy and efficiency.
**Schedule**: Weekdays, & occasional Saturdays.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
**Salary: Starting range $18-$25 hrly**
Hours: Part-time (20-30 hrs. weekly) or and full-time position available.
