We LEAFS TRANSPORTATION is looking to hire a dispatcher to handle daily operations to start immediately who can add value to our company and help contribute to further growth of our business.

**Duties**:

- Plan, Coordinate and Monitor inbound/ outbound shipments within GTA and determine the most cost-efficient routes.
- Successfully plan and schedule drivers.
- Accept load tenders, book delivery appointments and schedule pick up date and time.
- Ensure effective utilization of Company's equipment and resources.
- Effectively negotiate rates with customers to achieve a profitable margin.
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Other job duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school, college or university degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks as per importance
- Minimum of 6 months or more experience working as a dispatcher. (preferred)
- Good command of MS Office with an ability to quickly learn new dispatch software

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
