**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings when required.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate various hand tools safely.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a labor-intensive environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
