As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Coordinator and Estimator to join our dynamic team.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to coordinate project activities.
- Prepare and manage project estimates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review project plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accurate estimations.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information for project estimation.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
- Maintain organized project documentation and records.
- Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Great work ethics and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management and estimation software and tools is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
