**Full Job Description**

**B&J** is an E-Commerce marketing & fulfillment company established in 2013 in Toronto. Now the company is looking for experienced Marketing Specialist/associates to join our team in Mississauga, ON, to optimize the online marketing of our new product lines in Canada and the USA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement video content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Produce, shoot, and edit diverse video content, including tutorials, testimonials, promotions, and social media clips.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and storyboard creative video ideas.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in video production and social media marketing.
- Analyze video performance metrics, utilizing insights for continuous content improvement.
- Create engaging and informative content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and data for compelling content creation.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for enhanced brand visibility and engagement.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling content for various platforms, maintaining alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Canva.
- Strong sense of design and typography.
- Exceptional creative skills with the ability to contribute effectively within a team setting.
- Preferred front and back-end web development skills (WordPress, CSS, HTML, Unbounce, etc.).
- Experience in TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to write scripts for video content.
- Familiarity with trending topics and the skill to convert and utilize them effectively in content creation.

Schedule: 8 hour

Work Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
