**CountryWide Homes - Warranty Service Technician**
CountryWide Homes is a privately owned real estate development company based in Vaughan, Ontario, affiliated with the Con-Drain Group of Companies. As a member of the customer care team, you'll be hands on completing service work for our customers, helping to address a wide variety of issues such as Tarion and 30 day and 1 year inspections, working with trades and internal staff members.
**Job Responsibilities Include**:
- Communicate with Customer Service team for work orders
- Upon receipt of a work order, confirm ability to complete the job as well as work order to ensure service work can be completed in house or required by external trade
- Working directly with the homeowner, complete job based on work order/ details provided
- Perform maintenance and repair work as warrantable
- Services can include drywall repair, painting, caulking, minor flooring, fixture and millwork repair, grouting and minor plumbing
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Once job has been completed issue signoff of work order to Customer Service Team
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Serviceman working on a Construction Site for a Low-Rise Home Builder
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong ability to follow through to completion of after service work
Other Notes:
- Work hours would be between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (_and/or as scheduled_)
- It should be noted that the nature of this role would require the individual to have a valid driver’s license, their own vehicle and tools and the individual would be expected to travel between several different sites as required
**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
