**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a member of the Marketing team, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success, and we’ll look to you to grow our reputation and help our customers be successful. You will ensure Emmerson Packaging customers receive superior service and support through communication, reporting, relationship management and prompt issue resolution.

**JOB TASKS**:

- Support the achievement of retail launch dates or other critical customer deadlines by developing, managing, and distributing project timelines.
- Proactively identify and address potential obstacles to ensure that a project is completed successfully.
- Document project details and customer requirements within EPC’s customer database. Communicate these requirements with the Customer Service and Product Data teams. Support these teams as the project transitions from Project to regular business operations.
- Work with the R&D, Production, Marketing, and management teams to coordinate the development and launch of new packaging products and features.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Undergraduate degree in business or science
- Project Management credentials or three (3) years’ experience in Project Management role
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with new product launches
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of flexible packaging technology
- Familiar with flexographic print disciplines
