Role overview The Facilities Maintenance and Repair Coordinator is responsible for supporting the distribution and depot teams with building maintenance and repairs, as well as facility relocations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and monitor project milestones, risks, and action plans. Travel (75% of allocated time) is required. You will ensure that facilities meet the structural standards of our FSQ program. What Wonderbrands offers Wonderbrands believes in local talent and accelerated career growth Competitive salary, health care and dental benefits Pension plan with matching contributions Annual Incentive Program Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun – Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance and repair work for several depots in the Maritimes and Quebec Work closely and coordinate with contractors, owners, and internal partners Track, follow up on, and close maintenance and repair requests Conduct regular site visits to assess problems and help prioritize actions Support compliance with company standards and safety requirements Carry out minor repairs directly on site when necessary Support operational managers in distribution and warehousing for assigned projects such as preventive maintenance, building maintenance and repair, building relocation/upgrade, etc. Research national/local suppliers to support the regular preventive maintenance work required in each facility Evaluate and prioritize required repairs based on severity/risk to the consumer experience according to our FSQ program Ensure that contractors complete the work in a timely manner, respecting the order of priority and within the deadlines Support new location/installation options Manage supplier integration and configuration in SAP, keep the list of supplier contacts up to date Process invoices and track costs for periodic reports Provide the manager with regular updates on key upcoming milestones and risk reminders Requirements and desired profile Post‑secondary studies in business or a related field At least 3 years of relevant project management experience in a distribution and warehousing environment is preferred Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to all depots and distribution centers (Quebec Province and Maritimes) Completely autonomous and capable of managing responsibilities independently Basic knowledge of financial reports Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Passion for thriving in a constantly evolving environment with changing priorities Capable of performing basic or minor repairs when necessary Excellent organizational and coordination skills Capable of managing multiple sites simultaneously What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands?
