**Customer Service Representative**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, based out of our head office in Vancouver BC. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is available immediately.

Main responsibilities include:

- Work with our customer service team to manage incoming orders; including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing & filing with high accuracy and in a timely manner
- Provide high level customer service and professionalism by assessing customers’ needs and assisting with inquiries
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently; follow up to ensure resolution
- Communicate effectively with other internal departments regarding customer needs
- Develop an understanding of the ISO quality system in place
- Develop knowledge of the products and services offered by Keir Surgical
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written (required)
- At least 2+ years of relevant customer service experience (required)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be proficient with computers, particularly MS Office suite
- Familiarity working with in an ERP system, specifically Sage300 (asset)
- French language skills are considered a strong asset
