**_JOB OVERVIEW: _**

Air System is looking for a _Customer Service Representative_ to join our team CSRs have a dynamic role in our organization. They act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems related to projects and orders. Inside sales at the front and back order desks are integral parts of the position as well. Getting involved with ordering items and providing a recap of projects is another key function of the role.

Customer service representatives will be called on to utilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot and investigate issues until a solution is delivered. Quick learners that are highly adaptable will also be successful at the position. This is a collaborative role that requires you to work in a team environment. The goal of the CSR is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while preventing loss of time and revenue for our company.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inside sales at order desks and front-line customer service as needed
- Troubleshooting issues that prevent the timely delivery of products to customers
- Providing recaps of projects to ensure we have supplied up to the contracted amount of materials
- Collaborate with sales staff to complete urgent customer inquiries
- Review PDF documents and construction drawings to obtain information needed to complete your tasks
- Liaise between sales staff, customers, vendors, and warehouse to provide a timely response to pending inquiries
- Assist with ordering materials for projects
- Assist with monitoring and reporting shipping progress for pending orders and responding to delays as soon as they appear
- Provide notifications to customers and sales staff for urgent project items
- Pick small orders from our warehouse and give them to customers/drivers
- Locate products/orders in our warehouse and then instruct shipping staff to give them to customers/drivers
- Assist with answering the phones and direct calls as needed
- Use Sage 50 software to generate POs and sales orders
- Prepare detailed PDF reports designed to meet engineer specifications under the guidance of project managers
- Special projects as assigned

**_QUALIFICATIONS: _**
- 2+ years of experience with customer service, administration, and sales
- 1+ years of experience working on projects
- 1+ years of experience working in supplier, manufacturing, trades, or construction industries
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Suite)

Salary - Starting at 48.5k per year

We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, and paid vacation following a 3-month probationary evaluation period.

Office Location: 3610 East 1st Avenue, Vancouver BC

**Salary**: Starting at $ 48,500.00 /year and may be re-evaluated based on individual level of experience of the applicant.
