Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and help ensure smooth operations within the office. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the real estate industry and looking to gain valuable experience.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts and leases
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Support real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively market properties and communicate with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Administrative experience in a real estate setting is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of property management principles is beneficial
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $16.97-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
