As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of sign materials and architectural products.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records using our tracking system.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery or pick-up, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and optimize deliveries.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Report any damaged or defective items and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.

**Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Optimize storage space and assist in implementing efficient warehouse layouts.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production and coordinators to fulfill orders and meet install expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and operate warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift training not required but a valued asset

Expected hours: 40 per week (overtime opportunities available)
