Smiles First Corporation is a family-oriented company, that oversees and manages multiple dental practices across Canada. We continue to grow as a company, acquiring practices and expanding our sister companies. We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team, and we are currently searching for a Full-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team at our corporate headquarters.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day execution of marketing activities
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and internal expertise to generate relevant content ideas
- Write, edit, and design original and repurposed content (blog, press releases, whitepapers, infographics, etc.)
- Evaluate and reporting on results-focused analytics to improve marketing performance
- Participate in testing and analysis of marketing activities
- Web site maintenance
- Set up and lead social media platforms per dental practice
- Plan and execute marketing event per dental practice
- Work closely with company’s marketing designer for all marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or similar - is a strong asset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing blogs, whitepaper, press releases, e-books and other content for a professional audience
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a small business
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud
- Knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot and SalesForce are preferred

**Additional Information**:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- **In-person role, no remote work available**:
