**About the Role**:
As a Channel Account Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our journey. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our channel partners—primarily resellers—helping to drive revenue growth, increase product utilization, and strengthen our market presence. Responsibilities of the Role
- Drive Revenue Growth: Work with existing partners to drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reseller Management: Support the onboarding and management of new resellers, focusing on referral-type deals to expand our channel network.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners to ensure they are well-informed, motivated, and equipped to represent our solutions effectively.
- Collaboration with Channel Partners: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activities with company objectives and market trends.
- Training & Support: Provide training sessions on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to channel partners, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus experience in account management, channel sales, or partnerships—preferably in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and an understanding of what it takes to stand out in a competitive market.
- Tech-savvy and CRM-savvy: Familiar with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and proficient with MS Office. You can explain technical product information with ease.
- Exceptional communication skills: You’re a people person with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships that drive success.
- A strategic, analytical mindset: You can spot trends, assess partner performance, and think ahead to maximize potential.
