**Responsibilities - What You Will Do**:
**How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you**
- Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations.
- Assist with daily reception activities while receptionist is away
- Collaborate with site production
- Assist with the handling of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing for the site.
- Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes for field agronomy, as well as plant operations and harvest activities.
- Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy.
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports.
- Serve on committees and teams to support and collaborate with stakeholders (on site and with our Corporate Headquarters teams in Johnston, IA).
- Perform other duties assigned by Admin. Supervisor.
- Handle quality documentation based using the records management system
- Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Executive Assistant, Safety, Quality, or otherrelated experience.
- You enjoy working with diverse groups of stakeholders and you do so effectively with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime as needed during peak seasons.
- You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills are outstanding
- You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.
**Preferences - It Would Be Great If You Have**:
- Associate's Degree and 1-3+ years of Administrative, Customer Service, Executive Assistant, Safety, Quality, or other related experience.
- Project coordination experience.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Time management skills.
- Records management skills.
