Greater Sudbury, Canada Reliable Cleaning Services Full time

Ensure all shifts are covered or replaced.
- Ensure the effective and efficient daily operation of our services.
- Ensure that all client, area manager, operations manager, and employee requests are dealt with accordingly.
- Assist in the supervision of fellow employees within the job site, including task training, and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Liaison with the client on a regular basis to ensure compliance with our contract.
- Flexibility in taking on new tasks as needed.
- Cleaning all types of surfaces (eg Floors, Desks, Sinks, etc.) in accordance with company procedures.
- Cleaning all types of building spaces. (eg; Offices, Washrooms, Entrances, etc.)
- Operating equipment required in the cleaning process which would include automatic scrubbers, and sweepers both walk-behind and ride-on.
- Ability to strip, seal and finish floors
- Ability to wash windows professionally
- Ability to clean carpets
- Ability to clean surfaces above five(5) feet
- Thorough understanding of microfiber and the proper color use of microfiber.
- Ability to solve problems that arise from different situations.
- Proper time reporting through our eHub call-in system.
- Working in a safe manner according to our Health & Safety Manual.
- Responding appropriately to managers and trainers. Submit supply orders to Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of current cleaning industry methods.
- Willingness for more extensive on-the-job training
- Must be flexible with respect to hours of work
- Must have attention to detail while working
- Ability to read task descriptions
- Must wear personnel protective equipment when applicable.
- Professional customer and fellow employee interaction.
- Good oral communication skills
- Follow all policies as outlined in the Employee Manual.
- Ability to work well without direct supervision Meet security clearance requirements at client sites
