**Lead Hand**

As the **Lead Hand, **You will be expected to demonstrate leadership AND top-notch customer service. Many of our clients are esteemed professionals, and we like to incorporate the same in our day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age,
- Valid driver’s license,
- Previous Cleaning and/or Labour experience is highly valued,
- Will train leadership skills,
- Must have a car (The lead hand must be able to drive to and from job sites.

**Duties**:

- Travel to, and from job sites,
- Using the company model, guide coworkers through the work day,
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for coworkers,
- Work under, and be the extension of the CEO,
- Sell service plans to receive bonuses,
- General Labour duties,
- Drive employees to-and-from the job site(s) (gas allowance).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

**Salary**: $18.75-$20.00 per hour
