**SUMMARY OF THE POSITION**

Under the responsibility of the Customs Compliance Supervisor, the Customs Agent will provide technical support in producing and obtaining customs documents.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Customs Coordinator in the production of customs documents (Canada, US & International)
- Answer to inquiries about customs from internal and external clients
- Assist with obtaining affidavits and certifications from suppliers
- Prepare differents reports
- Perform all other duties related to the position

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Hold an international logistics diploma or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the position
- Have a good knowledge of customs and Incoterms
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Suite Office
- Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Have an experience in dealing with freight forwarders and customs brokers would be an asset
- Be meticulous, rigorous, available, collaborative and commited
