**Your role as a Customer Service Agent**:

- Receive calls for propane deliveries, enter orders into the system and transmit necessary information to dispatch teams;
- Respond to inquiries, manage complaints and follow up to confirm deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Make system changes concerning customers, send account opening documents and ensure registration;
- Support customers in the payment portal, manage pick-up requests, and provide support to representatives and dispatch.

**Do you have what it takes to become a Customer Service Agent?**
- You have at least one year's experience in a similar position;
- You are autonomous, courteous and have good judgement skills;
- You have good communication and customer orientation skills;
- You have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
- You have a good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written (French is required to be able to communicate with our French-speaking clientele)
