**In the position of a Superintendent, we would ask you to do the following**:

- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely

**Here are a few of the attributes and experience you need to be successful in this position**:

- A minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent role
- 5-10 years of Underground Utilities construction experience
- Strong communication skills
- Equipment Operator experience, and a background in underground utilities projects
- You **must have** Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09, 2020) Certificate, Leadership for Safety Excellence, Ground Disturbance Level II, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection and WHMIS 2015
- Valid driver's license - Driver's Abstract is required
- Drug and Alcohol Test required
