**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area, ensuring all food items are stored properly.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all ingredients are handled according to industry standards.
- Support fellow team members with meal preparation tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry supplies and assist in ordering new stock when necessary.
- Help with the presentation of dishes by garnishing and arranging food items attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting are important for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.59-$20.11 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
