**Position: Garde Manger.**

**Start date: Immediately.**

**Full time.**

**Compensation: $19-$22 hour, based on experience.**

**Tipout: Weekly.**

**Probation Period: 3 month standard.**

**Start time: 2:30pm.**

**Hours of operation: Tuesday-Saturday.**

**Requirements**:
**-1+ year experience working in a French restaurant.**

**-Applicant must be dedicated, honest and self-motivated**

**-Ability to conduct one’s self professionally and effectively under pressure.**

**-Complete daily prep lists.**

**-Prepare orders following recipes and guidelines.**

**-Able to work within a team and independently.**

**-Opening and closing duties.**

**-Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.**
**- Food Handlers certificate is a must.**

**Greta Solomon’s serves up modern and traditional French bistro food, old school cocktails and a 100% extensive organic and sustainable French wine list, in an intimate 26 seat dining room.**

**Located in Leslieville, directly on Queen Street with TTC access right outside our door.**

**We are open Tuesday
- Saturday for dinner service 6-10pm.**
