Bolton, Canada Roma Fence Ltd. Full time

Roma Fence Ltd is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to sell Automated Access Systems and gate operators to commercial, institutional and residential customers and to manage its operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales of residential and commercial access control systems/automated gate operators & accessories
- Sales of Fence Products alongside our parent company sales team
- Expand customer base; call potential clients to generate potential business opportunities.
- Respond to Client Inquiries.
- Provide quotes for clients
- Perform site visits, both residential and commercial; and assess needs of clients
- Collection of projects once completed
- Promote product lines; maintain and continue to develop product knowledge within the company’s industrial and residential lines
- Attend industry tradeshows and seminars related to access control systems/automated gate operators as required
- Stay current in knowledge of access control systems product features, legislations and regulations
- Handle purchasing & manage vendor relations alongside senior management
- Oversee inventory control & management alongside senior management
- Other sales and operations-related duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Experience doing outside sales or Operations Management - experience in selling access control systems and/or automated gate operators is an asset
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or related is an asset
- Excellent relationship building ability
- Track record of sales success and demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Excellent communication skills (strong phone etiquette and face to face service
- Motivated, collaborative, results-oriented, competitive and customer-focused
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be team focused and work closely with managers and other internal departments
- Must hold and maintain a current and valid Ontario Driver’s License
