We are currently looking to grow our team by hiring an Customer Relation Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to help take us to the next level.

- Experience with getting involved in a transaction and helping close the deal
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - English grammar and spelling close to perfect
- Computer savvy - must be able to quickly learn new software - most of the day will be on the computer
- Knowledge and ability to train others on sales skills
- minimum of 2 years in Automotive Sales

**Following are some of your daily responsibilities**:

- Follow Up Follow Up Follow Up
- Review all incoming sales leads and follow-up with customers directly
- Create daily reports and analysis on customer objections (Unsold vehicles)
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports on Traffic, Appointments, Conversations, Closing Ratio and etc
- Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and Requests.
- Meet with Sales staff to review performance and plan of action
- Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
- Responding to and routing Inbound Online Chat Sessions.
- Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.
- Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle.
- Maintain End-User (Prospect/Customer) Database.
- Managing contact information and reference lists.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention across a company.
- Ensure sales team members are consistently following processes and procedures
- Overseeing direct communication with customers through a chosen CRM system and resolving customer complaints quickly
- Developing strategies for testing all aspects of a CRM and making sure the most effective approach to customer relationships is always taken
- Data mining and provide reports and analysis to optimize ROI
- Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions
- Mentor sales staff and conduct sales meetings
- Promote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
- Attend department and management meetings as required
- Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle deals
- Assist product advisors with completing and closing deals, as well as effective follow-up
- Ensure sales team members are consistently following processes and procedures
- Monitor the efforts and activities of the sales team to maintain consistent levels of productivity
- Maintain and contribute to a professional working environment, and a positive atmosphere
- Achieve various new and used targets and KPI’s while maintaining exceptional CSI
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers
- Motivate and guide sales team in setting and reaching sales targets on a short and long-term basis
- Inventory Inspection
- Schedule building

**Job Type**: Permanent
