**Job Description**:
The incumbent will serve as an expert to internal contacts and clients. He/she will contribute to informed decision-making. The incumbent will act as a consultant and propose solutions based on business issues. The incumbent will supervise the Product Management team and will be responsible for the implementation and marketing of Transat's various products on the airline side, including the connectivity program, as well as for the tour operator, both in B2C and B2B on the Canadian and international markets.
- Supervise the team of Marketing Specialists, Product Management.
- Leads structuring projects for the Product Management team, such as working on new product development based on the needs of our strategic targets.
- Represent the team and work very closely with several internal groups and external partners (sales, revenue management, programming, product, legal, studio, ad agencies, international teams, GSAs, etc.);
- Monitor the performance of the various products under his/her responsibility in close collaboration with the Pricing / Ancillary Revenue and Product teams, as well as the commercial teams in the Canadian and international markets;
- Orchestrate the implementation of marketing plans for new product launches and/or existing products;
- Brief and coordinate digital, print, radio and video advertising projects.
- Manage and monitor budgets based on performance objectives;
- Provide the necessary support to the Marketing Director, Products and Promotions in order to carry out various promotional, advertising and communication projects;
- Plan and implement certain partnerships while ensuring maximum visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- University diploma in marketing, communications or related relevant field;
- At least five (5) years of relevant marketing experience;
- Relevant airline and/or travel industry experience;
- Relevant project management experience;
- Leadership and ability to gather a team around common goals
- Bilingualism is essential (written and spoken) ;
- Writing skills (English and French);
- Analysis capabilities;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
- Dynamism, resourcefulness, sense of organization, and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of social media and on the lookout for trending topics;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
