**ROLE SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Global Director of Product Marketing, you will develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies in Canada and internationally. You will collaborate primarily with the Product Management, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to create integrated solutions that will serve as a vehicle for communication and positioning in support of Marketing, Sales, and Client Service efforts.

This position is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial resource to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for high-growth product lines, as well as participate in the launch of products into new markets.

The Marketing Product Manager has to demonstrate the ability to take risks, solve problems and influence peers and members of the executive team. This is an opportunity for a resource with entrepreneurial skills to define and design communication and positioning tools and related sales and marketing tools for rapidly evolving product lines in the Canadian healthcare industry.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:

- Be the voice of the customer and develop the marketing strategy for Logibec’s performance and analytics solution to current and future markets with a focus on data-driven marketing to drive activation, first-time and repeat use, and LTV
- Develop and champion a compelling customer centric strategic narrative.
- Build differentiated value propositions, product positioning and messaging.
- Partner with the Product and Sale team, helping them launch new features, explore new opportunities to package and price services.
- Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to develop strategies, action plans and performance measures.
- Design sales tools that will add value to our propositions and help our client-facing resources to effectively position the offerings.
- Design ROI tools and value propositions that will effectively accelerate the sales cycle.
- Design pricing models in collaboration with Product Management Directors to maximize client value and retention
- Train the Sales team on the products, their positioning and their competitive advantages
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver effective customer/industry-focused presentations and other customer-facing materials (e.g., sell sheets, web content, presentations, webinars, demonstrations, videos etc)
- Develop and implement, in conjunction with the demand generation, corporate communications team, product marketing programs to launch and sustain the solution.
- Work cross-functionally with other product and product marketing managers to facilitate cross-marketing /selling Logibec’s combined capabilities
- Contribute to strategic intelligence by monitoring and analyzing the business landscape to better understand the competition and identify opportunities, then integrate this information into marketing strategies.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Growth mindset and continuous improvement oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering/Marketing/Communications, or in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or in the software development industry
- Experience in healthcare / health tech is preferred.
- Recognized success in positioning and launching new products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English (Fluency in French is an asset)
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to synthesize and analyze information
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work alone, manage priorities, and efficiently organize the work of colleagues so as to achieve objectives
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve consensus and deliver results on time
