We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Managers through proactive leads, researching products, quoting, ensuring stock availability and delivery to customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively working with the Account Managers to ensure excellent customer service to our customers
- Preparing quotes for Account Managers, highlighting stock availability wherever possible, to manage customer’s expectations on delivery
- Entering details for various vendor pricing programs (NBO/NBC, Deal Registrations) based on information provided by Account Managers/Salesforce
- Entering sales orders, ensuring orders are entered accurately
- Working with various other departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Technical Services) to ensure smooth flow of orders within the sales cycle
- Leveraging the Renewals database to highlight and prepare quotes for support renewal opportunities
- Tracking orders, liaising with vendors/suppliers to mitigate any delays in processing, and keeping Account Managers informed on any potential issues in delivery
- Reviewing the open orders report weekly to ensure all customer orders are being addressed in a timely manner
- Continually update job knowledge by researching and learning of new products in the IT industry and by participating in educational opportunities from vendors/suppliers
- Keeping a clean and safe working environment
- Obtaining vendor sales certifications as required
- Other duties as required by Management
**Qualifications**:
- Previous work experience in Inside Sales with a focus on IT and/or a Managed Services environment
- A drive to succeed and thrive both as an individual and in a team environment.
- Experience working with software for quoting and ordering of goods
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, and fast-paced environment with a vibrant and upbeat attitude, willingness to perform and get work accomplished
**Skills**:
- Strong planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the workload
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Numerical proficiency with a focus on details
- Excels in a small team environment

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
