The Scheduler and Planner Specialist is responsible to provide a high-level scheduling and logistic planning support throughout each phase of the project till the project is delivered. The Scheduler and Planner Specialist needs to interact with site and project team members to maintain the flow of Information realistic in the schedule and logistic plans. We are looking for a construction enthusiastic individual, that has incredible scheduling and logistic planning skills, is passionate to share knowledge, and is interesting in the BIM/VDC technology.

Our schedule and BIM department are integrated as we have endless possibilities combining both technologies. You will be reporting to the BIM/Scheduling Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support projects and pursuits in the production of schedules and logistic planning.
- Assist the project team through baseline schedule development, and maintenance.
- Review, update, maintain, and develop project schedules in the Primavera P6 Software.
- Create and analyse site logistic plans.
- Understand project logistics, sequencing, and the relationships between different tasks.
- Assist with 4D schedules.
- Train new individuals for Primavera P6
- Effectively analyze schedule data and variances to identify and troubleshoot key project issues.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ scheduling experience in the construction industry.
- Good computer skills and proficiency experience with the Primavera P6 scheduling software, including cost tools is a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- A construction related certificate, diploma, or degree.
- Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, quality, and cost control.
- Experience implementing schedule related processes with the ability to take the initiative and proactively address challenges or gaps in the process, produce effective solutions and collaboratively work with the team.
- A passion and open mind individual to share and receive knowledge.
- Basic knowledge with Revit and Navisworks (4D) is desired.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of industry standards, current construction best practices, processes, and their impact on project activities would be and asset.
- Experience in High Rise construction is a definite asset.
- A proven track record of project scheduling, success and team collaboration is desired.
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic.
