Project Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
- Identify critical path and project milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues
- Work with project managers to develop contingency plans
- Track project budgets and expenses
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project planning and management
- Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus
**Salary**: $51,289.10-$91,304.80 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
