Freudenberg Flow Technologies (FFL) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning to support efficient manufacturing operations at our Nisku facility. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely planning and release of production orders, ensuring alignment with booking demands, safety stock levels, and internal schedules. This is a salaried, non-exempt position, eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable employment standards. PRODUCTION PLANNER COORDINATOR **Responsibilities**: - Generate Work Order packages for all production requirements, driven by Customer Sales Orders - Generate labels for shopfloor production - Generate Quality Document packages and labels for non-standard customer orders - Support Purchasing & Materials by assisting with Purchase orders, as required - Support Customer Service by assisting with customer orders, as required - Maintain a high level of data integrity within the ERP system. - Participate in continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives. - Maintain adherence to Company policies, safety/ergonomic standards and good housekeeping practices. - Understand and implement Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and integrate into daily activities. - Assure compliance with applicable ISO and API Q1 requirements - Provide lead times for new orders in accordance to process and policy - Organize the work orders printed by BOT (Robotic Application) - Ensure all the work orders are accurately printed as per confirmed booking schedule, MRP requirements and move to Production Supervisor/Leads for planning - Ensure the quantities, drawing revisions, dates etc. matches with Sales Orders. - Work with Engineering to revise Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Operations (BOO) if required. - Run and distribute Production Schedule report as needed - Run, update and distribute Inter-Company open order review reports - Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications**: - Administrative certification, Business Certificate or an equal level of administrative experience preferred, but not required - A proactive team player with background in production planning/expediting or inventory control, preferred, but not required - Above average oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization - Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, customers and others who are vital to the success of the plant - Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products - Resourceful, organized, and efficient - Good Analytics skills. - Able to work with mínimal supervision - Special attention to safety procedure The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
