PHARA is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization by providing clean, well-maintained, and secure buildings and grounds at PHARA’s three North Bay locations: 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive in North Bay, Ontario. This position also includes on-call duties, responding to calls after hours.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in facility cleaning, basic maintenance, and security.
- Sound knowledge of WHMIS.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s licence, insurance, and access to personal vehicle is an asset.

**INCLUDED IN EMPLOYMENT**
- This is a contract position.
- 3 bedroom apartment with Hydro.
- $225 weekly for Security, including on-call.
- 10.5 hours cleaning/week at $19.77/hour.
- 4.8% in lieu of benefits.
- Cellphone allowance.
